Is your track tool hooked up to the OBD port at the same time as uprev (ie a splitter)? I was running into some issues with this too. The uprev software is a bit sensitive and seems to only work when hooked up by itself.

I saw an issue with a 350 last night where they couldn't get uprev to work on the car. They had to ground the car directly to ground ie. they took a jumper cable and hooked up the negative from the battery to the lift. Said it was due to a bad ground, but they did not have to do this with any 370's. Could be worth a shot

Hi Thomas,
What year is the car? I saw a similar issue with a 2012 recently.
