where to get an e-tune?

I got '10 7AT with a few basic mods CBE, drop-in's, and post MAF tubes. I don't know much about tunning but I want a tune that will protect the transmission (by raising line pressure and adjusting torque curves right?), improve fan control, increase throttle response, and improve driveability. But this should go without saying right? Anyone else running a e-tune?

I had an OpenECU e-tune for my 05 legacy GT, never figured out how to data-log but the tune was probably the best money spent on the car.

Alot of tuners at the west coast, but if you need, try contacting Jon @ z1 to see what he could do for ya.

If I opt for a dyno tune that is definitely where I will head.

However if an e-tune can give me everything I'm looking for and save me a 6 hour trip I'll go that route. I got mild mods so I'm thinking a good tuner would be able to get spot on with a tune w/o even data logging.

Get an e-tune package straight from Uprev.

you need the whole package right? not just the etune? I agree 6 hrs is a looooong ways to drive for a dyno tune... I drove 2 for mine, doubt I'd be down for 6! lol

If you buy Osiris standard direct from uprev you get 3 free etunes for $520 shipped, you can't beat that price. If you want the ability to mess with the tune yourself PM me for a tuner package for crackhead cheap

The only guys that really do it is uprev HQ and R/T tuning... lol not sure how the tunes compare

Based on the OP's first post, he admits that he doesn't know much about tuning...if that is the case, I probably wouldn't want to "mess with the tune".

I didn't know that R/T tuning did e-tunes. I'm going to contact them, I hear they kickbutt at tuning.
