UpRev Osiris Tuner Help

Ok, for the last few months my local tuner and I have been playing around with the Osiris tuner software. He's a great tuner but never tuned with Uprev before, so it's been a learning process for both of us.

We have currently hit a road block. Whenever we try to flash the rom for real time tuning we are getting a license cable error. I have the full version of UpRev Tuner so that's not the issue. I read on UpRevs forum and this forum where others have had the same issue but none have posted how to fix it. Has anyone figured out what is causing this issue?

Before anyone says it, I have contacted UpRev and basically they are only giving support through e-mail and it takes 2 days to get a response. So when I have time to really sit down and work on it with my tuner we are unable to get in touch with anyone. But if someone has a direct number/extension to one of there support staff please forward it along.

i had the same issue a few weeks ago, Jaren from Uprev connected to my computer and rewrote some of the licensing for the cable or something and it then worked. I just called in and talked with them Omar first then he sent me to Jared. Give them a call they have a support line.

Yeah, both my tuner and I have called 4 times each and we always get the answering machine.

Please post pic of Cable manager screen and also the error message your getting. This will help

Anybody get to the bottom of this? I am having the same problem. I get an error when i try to flash using osiris. Says...cable is not licensed to use this rom.
