I think the closest licensed uprev tuner i have seen was in stl. however there are a few local tuning shops that could prolly get to know their way around

I think the closest licensed uprev tuner i have seen was in stl. however there are a few local tuning shops that could prolly get to know their way around an uprev tuner pretty quick. try MKC (modified by kansas city) and ask chad what he can do for ya.
