Do I need a tune?

I am going to get my CNT HFC installed tomorrow. After the HFCs are installed, will my A/F ratio be safe enough to drive around without a tune? Here is

Yes, you'll be safe to drive without a tune (not mandatory), but a tune would optimize the performance mods you've done, including optimizing the A/F ratios. Typically, people see an additional 10 HP on the top end, but they also notice better torque in the lower and middle portion of the curve.

No, they are tune domestics only. I went on a special dyno day event that they posted up on the Mustang forums. It was only $45 for 3 pulls.
