So what exactly is the difference between the Osiris standard and tuner? Is the e-tune included with both of these? How does that work, do I plug it into my

Is the e-tune included with both of these? How does that work, do I plug it into my car and then send them the readings and then they send me a tune for it in 1-2 weeks?
