EAC Flash tune has now earned a CARB EO# D-873-2 - this means if you have an EAC flash tune you can pass emissions anywhere, guaranteed. It's good for both modified and stock vehicles. If you're already tuned, this will upgrade you to a fully emissions compliant tune and lots of new features.
