Has anyone had experience with tuning by Top Speed motorsports or RobTuning in Georgia? Or SOHO motorsports in Charlotte NC? Trying to decide between the three, topspeed and Rob are master tuners for ecutek, SOHO is not but I’ve seen some good things from them here on the forums and on their Instagram page.. Just wondering if anyone has had their car done there before. Thanks

Spreadsheet of tuning results I've collected. Lists mods and dyno results, as well as all other relevant data I could find. SOHO is near the bottom.

Nice, thanks for the info.

Anyone heard anything from Rob tuning or Topspeed?

I was tuned at TopSpeed. Rob no longer tunes there and I couldn't for the life of my get a hold of him to tune my car. That said I settled on TopSpeed, They love the GT-R guys, it is there bread and butter. It seemed to me the VQ is not something they are really interested in anymore. I'm most likely being retuned by SOHO in the fall.

If you can get a hold of Rob I will let him retune my car in a heartbeat, but I was unable to get anything from him. Everyone I talked to makes him out to be a amazing tuner with the VQ and VR engines.

What kind of gains did you see from your tune at Topspeed? & how much did they charge? & did they give you different maps?

No extra maps and no before numbers. The after numbers were a little lower than what I was expecting, but it's in the ballpark of what I would hope for; 326 at all four wheels with an auto tranny isn't bad with my mods, but not great either IMO. Without before numbers it was hard to wave a stick. Long story short, it wasn't the funnest experience. Like I said, going to SOHO to get a retune in fall most likely.
