Just tell the dealer that you are happy with your ECU parameters and you do not need any update or reflash.
Regardless of old or new ECU flash from Infiniti, you would not really going to use it since you use an Uprev Tune. Just to be safe, load Uprev back to stock when you service your car and you think they might hook up Consult II/III reader. If you dont do this and you have the Uprev in the ECU. The reflash from Infiniti will erase your Uprev license and will not be able to flash it back to your Uprev Cable. To answer your initial question, the ECU part number is critical, but whatever version of software Infiniti flash to the ECU can be overrode by the UPREV tuning software.
