Backfire after tune?

I don't wanna run rich when driving since these cars already run rich and it's dangerous. Just 1 map that does that since they offer 5 different maps. I wanna have 2 step (flame pop) tune lol, race tune, stock, valet and a conservative daily driving basically just my stock map with a little tuning to help gas mileage if possible.

I have straight pipe. A non resonated cat back exhaust. I have non catted non res test pipes, Takeda stage II intake NST pulley Kit and that's about it wngine wise. I'm going to get UpRev in about a month. And have talked to one dealer that offers to try a flame popping map like one shown above. So I'm going to let him do it. He just doesn't assure it will 100% work. But I'm seeing it done. So I know it works. I just need to know what to relay to him to get him on the same page. He's obviously got an idea of how to do it. I just need to know what else to tell him.

So I got the straight pipe part down, I just need to have him tune that one map for it to run rich, and retard the ignition to where it basically cuts and restores the fuel at the right intervals to allow it to get in the hot exhaust and pop!?
