limp mode even with oil cooler!

well considering that temps were up to 280+, limp mode is a good thing. BUT, the engine should not be getting that hot in the first place, esp. with an oil cooler installed already! on the streets, it's running about 30 degrees cooler (220 withouth, 190 with). but on track apparently this set-up is not sufficient.

but the biggest problem isnt even the limp mode, per se. i mean i'd be ok with backing off (or ending the session early to let thing cool down and going back out again). but i was not able to do this b/c after i let things cool down the engine still will not behave normally! (we're talking temps of 220 and lower)

it wasnt a specific rpm that the engine starts cutting out at, it's more like when the engine is loaded that it would cut out. (if i reved up *very slowly*, it would go all the way up to redline, no problem. but in a track environment where i would nail the throttle gear after gear, it would cut out.)
