Competed in novice today (26 drivers), finished 2nd. .907 behind (pax). The kid that finished 1st is a really good driver and has a lot of experience (cart, rally cross)

Competed in novice today (26 drivers), finished 2nd. .907 behind (pax). The kid that finished 1st is a really good driver and has a lot of experience (cart, rally cross) and in the previous event I've had been 4-5 seconds (pax) behind him. Except for the event in Birmingham last week were I did not run novice, I've finished 5th (novice) in the previous 2 local events. All the same guys again today and took second.
I felt amazing to have traction and for the car to actually turn and go where I wanted it to. Now I have to learn to stay off the brake and just drive. Last edited by cruzthepug; 08-04-2014 at 06:19 AM. |
