Hoosier A6 295/40-18 closeout

Has anyone use them yet? While I was breaking them in, I notice the tire is too tall and it might be rubbing on the fender liner tabs. Anyone else

While I was breaking them in, I notice the tire is too tall and it might be rubbing on the fender liner tabs. Anyone else has the same problem? I am on 18x9.5 with 40mm offset. I was testing it at full lock, perhaps this only happens at full lock?
