Harness Bar Availability

I was planning on using this as a harness bar...

GTSPEC 370Z Rear Strut Brace and B Pillar Cage Setup ** GB

The way I read the SCCA Solo rules this rear brace isn't allowed in the ASP class. I was really hoping for a bar that utilizes the factory belt points up top with the braces going down to floor similar to this one that fits mustangs.
