you car is nearly 15-20K cheaper, handles better, and is a lot more appealing to the eyes. This guy already lost. He can join the ranks of all of the yuppies driving 3 series and C class's.

I was debating between the 2 when I was looking to purchase a new car. The 370z won due to the fun factor and reliability.

Just tell him after you guys race that it doesn't matter who won, because you still banged his girl. Then walk away.

(Whether you really did or not is irrelevant)

I wouldn't bother risking your 40th anniversary Z if you don't have track experience. I mean, I had my 2000 Toyota Celica GT-S run around in circles on technical courses on Audi's, BMWs, and Zs when I had it. It was only 200hp with 9300RPM rev, but weights about 2400lbs.

I also recently auto-X my Z. In stock form, it's quite a contender, but you really need to know its limitations first or else you'll be a bigger loser if both of you wreck your cars.

Ehh, banging his mom is less believeable... Banging his girl is plausible and will make him doubt everything.

It's all about the mindgames. :stirthepot:

Be the better man and tell him you wouldn't waste your time or the gas....

The S5 is a sexy car, and just cause you want more of a luxury car doesn't mean you're a yuppie. Gotta have respect for other great cars, no need to hate.

I'm guessing that he's that guy in the group than no one like yet no one want to tell him to **** off. As for the race I say if you have skill you should be able to take him on the track and for additional weight savings take out your spare kit which is like 40 lb and seat belts which adds 15 hp

Not hating , my previous car was an 07 SLK , I can honestly say im happier with my 30,000 dollar sports car then my 54,000 sport car. I respect everyones opinion though. Just biased towards my Z :driving:

Yea if I decide to take him on I might just do a straight line to test it out and leave the race around the track for another day.

elmz 08-18-2011 09:48 AM

Does he have an auto transmission? If so, coupled with AWD and all that torque, its going to be pretty hard to mess up the launch. It will come down to how well you launch your Z.

cossie1600 08-18-2011 09:53 AM

This sounds like a **** fight

thugstatZ 08-18-2011 10:46 AM
