Please post your fastest lap time on any given road course in this thread and I will update the database. This is limited to cars who are owned or driven by people on these forums.

Took the liberty of adding times from 370Z race cars that I know have raced and haven't posted them up themselves in this thread yet. Namely A.M. Performance GrandAm 370Z times from VIR and Laguna Seca + Performance Motorsport's time from this past weekend's Global Time Attack race.

Not many have. It's a public street road course built in the late eighties for ind lights. Used two or three years and abandoned. They opened it for the Ferrari club in June and zcon in July, but they are doing construction off of the back side of it and im guessing it won't be resurrected.:(

It was the most fun track I've ever been on, with banked turns and nice wide areas.

I've driven my turbo 240sx & Celica on Buttonwillow 13CW. Those are very darn impressive times, nearing with a bunch of S2000s and Miatas. I'm curious as to how fast a stock 370z sport would do.

The videos were pretty awesome. I wish I could have made it to ZCON this year. It snuck up on us and I don't think we even had a representative for our club attend. :(

The first time I ever drove my 370Z on track was at Buttonwillow #13CW and all it had done was some off-the-shelf BC Racing coilovers and Berk HFCs and it ran a 2:05.714 back in March 2009. I think my driving has stepped up a bunch since then so I would be willing to bet that in good track conditions I could match that time in a bone stock 370Z w/sport.

Why don't we list what type of mods and weight of the car? It's very hard to know how fast the driver is doing without those info.

Simplicity and clutter. Some people's mod lists would be huge. And for weight, most people have no idea how much their car weighs.

The purpose of this thread is mainly to compare to each other (car and driver). It will get more meaningful when a little more filled in with more drivers.

Its a full on race car although probably more stock than most would think. Just very well prepared and well driven by professional drivers. You can go to their Facebook and browse through their build photos...

I guess it depends on what your idea of "stock" is. Its not a tube frame car and most everything retains the stock mounting locations or configurations. Although nearly every part of the car has been replaced, it is replaced by something that bolts to the stock location. Aero is stock Nismo 370Z stuff, power is limited to less than what a bolt on turbo kit will get you on a stock VQ37, and the factory unibody structure is still in tact. Continental Tire series cars are a lot more "stock" than say ALMS and ROLEX series GT cars.
