No. The owner of the car is a forum member, Leh was a hired shoe for the 2009 Super Lap Battle Finals which is where that time was run. It was the old blue Pizza Factory car that Robispec did.

Why don't we list what type of mods and weight of the car? It's very hard to know how fast the driver is doing without those info.

Simplicity and clutter. Some people's mod lists would be huge. And for weight, most people have no idea how much their car weighs.
