What tires should I be looking for? All season? Summer? Any specific brand? I mean come on with my mods I should be high 12's low 13's.

What mods do you have?

Drag slicks would give you the best times, but other than that you definitely want summer tires. I think the Bridgestone RE-11's are pretty popular around the forum.
