That video is the 11.7 127mph run. Srry bout the video, but I will get the slip posted soon. My high oost map made 530whp on 12psi.

That's an awesome trap! Now I'm even more intrigued to see what I can do with 500whp on 11psi.

That's my 335i, I ran like **** all day. No upgraded twins, jb4, intakes & methanol. I was hoping for 116-118 traps, but no dice :shakes head:

Did you post a time slip. I would love to see it ,increadable run 11.2's with ET's for sure.
you many loose some trap speed with a quicker ET.
I hope you get into the 10's

No doubt... with a 2.1 60ft and all! Hell my brothers 650awhp S4 only ran 128mph after the same 60ft... But hes bad, his car is capable of 140+ traps :icon17:

Thanks for posting. Do you know if its a stage 1 or 2 GTM TT kit?

Going for my first non-stock day at the drag strip this Friday. Hoping to get into the low 13's with my new exhaust. As long as it's better than my stock 13.5 from a few weeks ago I'll be happy.

Some questions for you. How do you guys adjust tire pressure at the track? I know how to decrease, but how do you add air pressure? Portable air compressor or something? Also, what pressures should I run when I'm there. I'll probably end up stopping at a gas station near the track to make the adjustment.

It's trial & error, see what works and doesn't work. Just keep lowering until you see a consistent improvement. Putting air back in isn't always an option, depends on the track if they have an air compressor or not.

FYI, 25 psi seems to be the sweetspot for my Z. You lose a little mph when you drop the rear tire pressure but get better traction (and hopefully a better ET). It sometimes helps to pump up the air pressure in the front tires to help weight transfer. Just practice, see what whats and doesn't, that's what makes it fun.

Stage 1 the run was on re-11 as well.

Ok I'll see what I can do. Going a bit earlier this time so I can get some more runs in. I'll see what I can do with normal tire pressures first and then start lowering if needed. So with the better traction of lower tire pressure, should I be launching at a slightly higher rpm? At normal pressured the sweet spot seems to be around 1500 rpm for the 7AT.

Launch as hard as you can. I think the stock torque converter locks up at 1500 RPM? Can anyone confirm? If that's true, then that is the max RPM you can launch at.
