370z are not STU legal I don't think. Sorry to tell you, the car is not going to be competitive at anything at the national level unless they have a new class for big RWD cars. The AWD cars dominate STU while the little Hondas and Miatas dominate the rest of them.

Jeffrey successfully dug up a thread that was a year old. At the time the car was BS.

And then we'll just get whipped by the corvettes.

The Z is a compromise for autocross. It's fun to drive in those events, but it's just not the right car if you're planning on being very competitive. I just use the autoX experience to keep improving on car control and to have a good time for very little money.

Exactly. I hope the northeast tracks will drop their prices down to the CA level. I am sad when I see the $85 track days in California when they are charging $250-$350 per day here. I don't want to drive 40mph around cones, but nothing I can do about it

I'm going to hasve to beg to differ and say the Z is pretty damn competitive in CS.

Yes, but not in the ST classes (i dont think they can get into any of them)
