The problem with adding really stiff sway bars to stock suspension is that you get the joys of understeer and oversteer at the same time, occasionally in the same corner.

The problem with adding really stiff sway bars to stock suspension is that you get the joys of understeer and oversteer at the same time, occasionally in the same corner. The Stillen sway bars are pretty mild so I don't expect them to cause any real problems, increasing overall spring rate a little will help as well but then you will probably be kicking yourself for not just going with coilovers with adjustable damping.
What is the spring rate on the Swift springs?
