because that guy wanted to bring cost of car into , so for accuracy, i informed him. i dont car what the car costs, you guys are the ones that bring $$ into it. I care about the performance of the car, and exactly as i thought, it, it doesnt matter what car you choose, to get to a certain performance level, the end cost is about the same :)

The simple fact is most of us here are doing pretty well financially, and probably could have purchased more car than the Z. It's a fun car to own. It's well known to be mediocre on boost (relatively), but it's solid and a good backroad companion. The guys over at NASIOC will probably have more fun talking 60-130 times with you.

you can buy the ultimate sports car factory UNMODDED and pay a bit more for the R&D from the automaker ..

Performance doesn't cost the same. I gave you a build list for a 600whp roadster that with another 3k into suspension will lap an m3 or GTR.
