on the redline website, there is a listed of "registered racers". is this just a list of those who are competing or does "racers" mean ALL drivers? i want to

on the redline website, there is a listed of "registered racers". is this just a list of those who are competing or does "racers" mean ALL drivers? i want to find out how full it's going to be. 100 max is too much in my opinion.
