Replacement options for OEM lugs?

I did a quick search and didn't come up with much. Im looking to Replace my lugs for my stock 19's bc last time I had my wheels off it looked like there was some white corrosion build up on my lugs. I cleaned it off best I could. My car is garaged but is still my DD so it sees rain. I'm just trying to see if anything else is out there besides OEM lugs for the stock Rays 19's. Thanks for your help.

Aftermarket lug nuts will not work on the stock wheels. Aftermarket are conical (as in the part that actually contacts the wheel) and the OEMs are not. Notice in this pic that the OEM are flat where they contact the wheels.
