We could do a 19x9 19x10 setup to keep it close to running OEM tire sizes

You want to make the wheels wider? Normally wheels go up in 0.5" increments, so if you increase stock by 0.5" you will start stretching the tire. I am sure it's doable, but how will it look? No idea.
