E-mail notifications turned off but still getting e-mails?

What was the exact date that you have turned off email notification? Any posts or threads you make AFTER that date, you WILL NOT receive ANY email notification. You're still receiving notification from threads created (or posts) from BEFORE the date you turned off. What you can do, when you reply to those old threads, just select "no email notification" before hitting "Post Reply"

. As the old threads die down, you won't receive any more email notification.

You have to go to your user cp and EDIT options. Then simply uncheck the highlighted box.
