E-mail notifications turned off but still getting e-mails?
 

I feel like an idiot having to post a thread about this, but I turned off e-mail notifications for my subscribed threads, but still received 5-10 emails a day about all the new posts. I like being able to see them in my user CP but don't want my e-mail flooded with crap. Is there something I forgot to change?

I have a similar problem. I do not need or want email notifications that I have a PM.

^^ that's a different thing, you got to go into edit options and check some stuff off

What was the exact date that you have turned off email notification? Any posts or threads you make AFTER that date, you WILL NOT receive ANY email notification. You're still receiving notification from threads created (or posts) from BEFORE the date you turned off. What you can do, when you reply to those old threads, just select "no email notification" before hitting "Post Reply" http://i576.photobucket.com/albums/s...th_celinis.png. As the old threads die down, you won't receive any more email notification.

You have to go to your user cp and EDIT options. Then simply uncheck the highlighted box.
