Ill be out there with the JTran crew, we have a 2500 sq. ft. display area with a few drift cars, domestics, subies and Z's . Hope to see some other 70's out there.

Long story short... The judges maybe spent 15 seconds looking at my car and give second place to a stock 300Z that kept his car completed shut but was part of one of the Texas Car Clubs; 16Ness and the various other ones .

Only reason I knew I wouldn't place first was, Val had is ARC Silver 350Z out there. I later find out the judge was part of the same car club. Yeah... I'm still bitter about it. Myself and a lot of other people knew I had the better car. Hell... I was the only one there that was rocking the Cosworth mani at the time and maybe a handful of TT-Z33s.

And I saw it again at a different show. I told the judge to give it to another person cause they were crying that I had more points but their parts were "rarer."

Guess that is where I'm different from where the import scene has turned. I enjoy going to shows and showing off my car. But I own a purpose, built car. I beat on my car and drive it. It's not a trailered show car.

/end rant. Have a good time none-the-less.

I am not down w/ the car club scene. I know exactly what your talking about, I never show, but my Z is in the JTran booth to show some of their work, get business, etc....

Yeah... I give the ZCoH a try for several years but no joy there. Not really into the "Import" car clubs due to the immaturity. And some act like they are Gods.

I hear ya. Have to support a shop that support you.
