Texas Emission laws

Hey guys, I was looking to pick up some stillen headers and HFC, but was wondering if I would pass my tests here in texas. I've never tampered with the cats or headers on any car I have had so far, short of our dedicated ranch trucks. Whats the deal with it? Any info is appreciated. Plus I will have to get it tuned after, so where is a good place to do that near san antonio or college station? Houston and austin are nearby both of those so I guess either, but will I be able to drive the car to get it tuned? Or will I have to haul it? Thanks guys

Tuning around san antonio austin ur best bet is jms racing or uprev in austin cant go wrong with either one.
