Dallas/Plano Cars & Coffee Thread
 

I'm going to start a thread showcasing photos I take from the Dallas (actually in plano) cars and coffee. It's hosted by Classic BMW the first saturday of every month. This first set of photos were taken today 11/5/11. woke up at 6am, met with a local Nismo 370 at starbucks at 6:45, left for the show and got there at 7:20 (like 30 minutes before sunrise) and there were already tons of cars.

I figured there was no way this guy would let me up here to take photos on this lookout deck but I got lucky. First off I would just like to say that there is major distortion in these photos, some to the point were the horizon is curved pretty bad, because I was using my fisheye lens since I broke my wide angle recently. Here is the first angle showing the North East corner of the lot

I will be uploading more photos each month after each show, as well as an upload from a couple of the previous C&C meets here that I have been to.

Thanks guys. Next month will probably be pretty cold out so I doubt there will be as many cars, I'm going to post pictures from a few of the previous months that I never got around to posting sometime soon.

Yah and what sucks is that I'm good to attend c&c from next month on lol... Great timing :shakes head:

Thanks topless. All 3 of you gotta go next month. I was thinking that this month would be slow just cause of the cold weather but I was wrong, like I said half an hour before sunrise it was dark with no lights and the lot was still half full already! we gotta organize a bunch of Z's for a cruise in one month and all park together like the others. It was me, ken in the nismo, and a friend of mine with a 350 next to each other this month. All the other Z's were spread out.

I'd be down... now that I'm starting to Mod. I would have felt a little lame there in my bone stock Z :(

I'm gonna try to make it this time. It's like bulk trash pick-up: I plan for it a month ahead of time but when the day comes, I completely forget to do it.

I'm finally gonna be back out there. Maybe this time we can get a few other Z's to join. DAvenue you should come out, there are always some nice rides that show. Whatever Nina just come out, no work excuses either. Dallas do y'all still meet up at the theater prior to?

I could show up with my mis-matched rims and we can rep the ghetto section

C&C is on my bucket list for 2011 and this may be the last chance to do so before the weather begins to suit polar bears. So what time should we get there?

The parking lot fills up pretty quick. Normally we'll meet up at the Tinseltown close to there around 7:00-15 so we can roll in and park together.

Me and Ken met up at starbucks in the shops at legacy last month at 6:30AM before sunrise and had a cup of coffee before going to the meet. That is a good spot to meet then cruise in afterwards. Any one up for it? The lot already had a lot of cars when we got there at roughly 7:15

Actually its an exit or 2 further north. Exit legacy and it's on the right just as you go by the shops. It will on the left if driving down Legacy from Preston.

Actually the plan was just for him to see all the stuff I blacked out to know if he wanted to do it himself and I had the camera so we ran to the top of the garage for some shots. Yeah wish we had like at least 5 set up for this one, what a perfect sky!
