Yeah, I figured with a 4PM start time we can just meet at the event and people can do quick detailing if they feel the need.

yeah but the earlier, the better cuz it's gonna clog up fast!

Well, our 11AM departure and Google says it will take about 3.5 hours to get to the new location so should get us there well before 4PM.
