The best time to go is on a Wednesday or Friday and it opens right at 6:30pm. It's 10 bucks to get in and 10 bucks for a tech card. You must tech your car to run so please ensure that your car has decent tires and does not leak.
My advice is to get there early, run your passes untill about 8pm and then spectate. You can continue to make passes but there may be wait times to get them.
Bring a helmet if you have one. They really dont say anything but technically any car running less than 14 seconds requires it. Im in the 13's and they havent said anything to me yet so roll the dice if you decide not to bring one.
Turn off your A/C about 10 miles prior to arriving at the track (dripping/condensation) they will boot you off.
If we can get a few Z's out there we can find a spot and park together. Bring lawn chairs if you like. Sneak a cooler in for sodas.
Its pretty much like a car show but we get to race. Hang out, BS a bit, and see who has the fastest Z out there. Lots of fun. I have a great time every time I go.

For those of you who are interested, what day do you prefer? Wednesdays are best if you want to make passes but Fridays you get to see some fast cars with limited passes. Im available on either day.

I will set up a date and time once I get some feedback from the Austin group. Any San Antonio guys/gals are welcome too and they even closer.
