I'm sure there's structural damage underneath that... I would get them to replace everything new and don't forget to file a Diminished Value claim too since your car is brand new.

Yea basically tell their insurance company that you want to file a Diminished Value claim. It's basically getting the money back for how much your car devalued because of this accident. You can only do this if the accident was not your fault. They should have someone do a diminished value appraisal on the car and you get that money back. You have to keep on it though and make sure they're working on this too.

Well, I started dating an old high school friend, so it would have to be a visit or when someone offers me a job offer and a paycheck! She's on vacation next week and we thought about coming down to DFW, but we managed to find a cheap house/apt. on the beach in Destin, FL today, so we're heading to the beach instead.

So what's the venue for this week?
