Good shop in SA for test pipe install?

Was quoted almost $400 and a 4 hour+ install time for a Berk resonated TP install by a pretty reputable shop. Not going to mention name, maybe they had their reasons but seems a bit over the top and looking at other options who know their way around these cars.
