Default EZ Tag houston

Hi, I live in San Antonio and my gf is in Houston. So I decided to get this EZ Tag for my car and it has a sticker that suppose to be put it on the windshield. Does anybody has this and didn't stick it on the windshield permanently? I want to take it down when I'm in SA.

It shouldn't stick permanently and mine after a while started to peel itself. Some windex might be needed after you peel it off. But you shouldn't worry about any permanent damage.

thanks for the reply. But I dont want it to stick on there, I want to do like a mod where I can put it on when im in Houston for few days. Then take it off when I come back to San Antonio. Right now im using 4 pieces of tape onto the windshield. But I was starting to get tired of doing it and just curious anyone got better idea of doing this?

It was my first mod on the Z over four years ago

I've heard of people holding it up as they go through the toll, but I've also heard of those same people complaining about getting higher toll fees in the mail because it didn't work on every toll or they forgot to hold it up

why wouldn't you want to stick it permanently...?? It just sits there and is relatively small.

If you don't like taping it on there every time, just stick it on...

There is no other way except like JARblue says, But that too, is annoying.

Maybe glue a small magnet on the window by the rear view mirror and glue another to the sticker. It wouldnt be as big as the sticker and its easy to take on/off.

But then again, the magnet might do something to the sticker since its electronic.. who knows.

It's in the way of my dash cam now ... which I have strategically placed to minimize it's obstruction of my view.

I'm really wishing I could just set it on the dash, but I don't think it will work reliably.
