I've been waiting for this post. Did H&R provide any info on use with stock shocks?

H&R say that the springs will work fine with the stock shocks. I have personal experience with H&R springs on the G35 with stock shocks and it worked perfectly, no premature wear of the shocks.

Dustin-Are these stiffer or softer than the Tanabe GF210's? What would you compare them to? Heard that the H&R springs usually run a little stiffer than OEM...but softer than a lot of the other "performance" tuned springs. Is this correct?

I am scraping things on the ground with the Tanabes already at .8 drop in front...wonder what a 1.3 drop would do to the front lip.

Through some research, I have come to conclude that the H&R sport springs are a little bit stiffer than the Tanabe GF210.

According to H&R's website, the sport spring is anywhere from 25-40% stiffer than stock. Tanabe's website states that the GF210 ranges from 20-30% stiffer than stock, depending on vehicle.

Overall, they are very close in spring rate so I would guess that they ride similarly.

How about the drop, which one would be lower/aggresive look?

The H&R sport spring lowers the 370z more than the Eibach.

H&R drops the car 1.2" front and 1.0" rear and the Eibach Pro kit drops the car .9" front and .8" rear.

The H&R setup gives the 370z a good aggressive look.

I personally don't have a pic of the H&R springs on a 370z. I'll look online to try to find some pictures and I'll post them up if I find any.

Regarding the camber, All you'll need is an alignment to get the toe back in spec. I personally like to run some negative camber, it wont be a huge issue with tire wear, and it will help with the handling. Camber isn't what heavliy wears tires, toe being out of spec is.

From the spring rates I have looked at, I would have to answer yes. I personally haven't driven a 370z with the H&R sport springs so I can't give you a for sure answer.

I had the H&R sport springs on my G35 Coupe, and they weren't very stiff. They actually rode pretty nice, but gave it a pretty aggressive drop.
