They will always be heavy favorites in any world cup. But if the Ivory Coast can draw against them and get a win against portugal or vice versa anything can happen. And the ivory coast is one team that can beat any team in the world if playing well.

Plus it is on African soil

Yeah there are teams on Brazils level. Germany is, Spain is, there are teams on their level. If you're talkin about the teams in Brazils group than no.

I didnt mean it literally, Portugal is on their level and in their group. Like I said before it's possible that the Ivory Coast can beat them as well.
