AW and the board rested on their laurels and procrastinated through the transfer season and this is why we just got shat upon. We KNEW Nasri and Cesc were leaving in June, it is THEN that we should have ponied up the cash for Hazard and M'vila or whoever else we're linked with. Point is, cover wasnt assured and now we've dug ourselves into a mile deep hole.
