That was yet another unimpressive match. I was expecting more from Italia. Germany has really set the bar so far.

Still, I'd rather watch the worst, most boring world cup match than my Orioles right now. Or even the NBA finals, for that matter.

My experience is, even those ugly matches are played at a higher level than some of the MLS stuff I've watched.

In recent years, Italy has never been an exciting team to watch.

I'm anxious to see Brazil, though I worry that their style, the 'jugo bonita', is gone. If there's ever a chance for the Brazilians to show off this year, this game against North Korea is it.

Brazil should put on a clinic tomorrw...hope Portugal losses to ivory...cant stand that pretty boy Ronaldo..haha
