Barcelona tomorrowww!!

I hope Barca poopoo on Chelsea.

Today's match was awesome. Bayern are so much fun to watch. I love the Bundesliga now, & especially its teams playing in Europe against sides that set up differently.

I'd say the top four are fun to watch, i've been going to Mainz and Kaiserslautern matches whenever they are at home and it looks like a high school kickabout. Lots of back and forth and finally someone pops one in, i'd honestly rather be watching the Coca Cola Championship.

Fair point. I enjoy my adopted Bundesliga team, BVB, & then also Bayern & Schalke (who I'm apparently supposed to dislike but cant be arsed). I haven't seen much of the others, aside from watching them against the previously mentioned teams.

Still another 90+ minutes to play, but what a MASSIVE win tonight. A win and clean sheet against Barca, for us, is incredible. If we play well in a weeks time and nick an away goal, anything can happen!

HUGE win for us!!!! Glad to see another fan of the Blues!!! Im amazed we pulled it off. I didnt get to see the game but was tracking it from my smartphone. I did see that our stats werent too great which prob means we got lucky as hell but Ill take it!!!!! A Chelsea / Bayern final is MUCH better than a Madrid / Barca final:rolleyes:

phelan 04-18-2012 04:48 PM

I'll take Chelsea Bayern over Madrid / Barca anyday.

But do you really think Sepp Blatter will let Barcelona fall before the finals? lol

Good win for the Blues, congratulations guys. But the stats and from what I hear, the Blues were really lucky to nick it, Barcelona hit the post a bunch of times.

Good luck at Camp Nou!

Yes, my friend was updating me as well and said Barca had hit a bunch of posts. Lucky us:tup:

I just wanna beat Barca, I dont even care if we win it all. If we can pull off a similar result at Camp Nou I would be elated:happydance:

Chelsea were REALLY lucky to knock that one. They defended brilliantly & had some good fortune, both with the posts being hit multiple times & Messi injuring his groin right before being dispossessed & then Chelsea breaking to score.

Fittingly (if fortuitously), Drogba's goal was scored in injury time which had been added due to his having faked injury (I think) five times in the half.

my thoughts exactly, he'll make sure what happened to Arsenal will happen to Chelski, one player will go in with a silly challenge worthy of a yellow and be sent off at 50 minutes. That or a dubious penalty will be awarded, I have a feeling Barca will be flopping all over the box to pull this one out.

I agree with both you guys. Michel Platini probably won't let that happen either. It's impossible not to say Barcelona are not the best team in the world at the moment, however, there have been times that their semi final/finals have been marred with controversy because of all the cheap tactics they are known to use on the field. The diving, the play acting, swarming the officials after a defender sneezes on Dani Alves or Sergio, that's what I hate to see. That's exactly why Mourinho was quoted saying it is 'impossible' to beat Barcelona at home in the Champions League. I hope what happened to Arsenal and Milan won't be repeated, but I can't help but feel at least two or more Barca players are going to try to buy a yellow/red card or a penalty.
