I'd add Vidic to the list as well, purely based on his defense abilities, but I think Rio's a little bit more assured on United's back line. Jurgen Klopp's built a time that will challenge for a while if everybody stays. They've even coped with the loss of Sahin. Let's see how Dortmund do this year though. I have a feeling if things turn pear-shaped and they don't make it through the UCL knock-out phase, and don't look good in the Bundesliga, Gotze may move.

Better chance to go for M'Vila and Marin though.
