Nice to see Robert Kubika back on the driving wheel of a Ford Fiesta rally car at World European Rally. Ended up 2nd at Austrian rally.

I hope he goes back to F1 he could be a good replacement to mama's boy S.Vettel.

Prayers for Jules Bianci who had that horrendous crash at Suzuka Sunday. I read he has "diffuse ayonal injury". Apparently a serious brain injury that from what I read, 90% remain unconscious and the 10% who become conscious are severely impaired.

One statement I'm holding on to for some hope is: "Top Gear TV presenter Richard Hammond is a good example of a patient who made a recovery from a diffuse axonal injury and he woke up after around one week." I understand it will probably be a long and tough road back to some sense of normalcy. He is young enough and fit enough to have a fighting chance though.

Same here in turn 15

. Driving down to Dallas tomorrow and then we (a group of us old farts) will be heading down on Thursday. Taking the GTR from KC to Austin, so it should be interesting. Especially since they have no spares. I know the very first was a blast and I'm sure this one should be the same. Well maybe not as cold.
