Anyway, M-1, the Russian MMA promo wants UFC to partner up if Fedor is going to fight in a UFC event. I'd tell them politely to take a hike. It took years of blood, sweat and tears for UFC to get where it is now; and M-1, a relatively obscure promo, is trying ride UFC's coattail. M-1 thinks that Fedor's participation is going to make or break it for UFC...yeah right. Nobody is dumb enough to dilute what they've already built up as successful, and then, to let some no-name entity try to experience the success they didn't contribute to. This is the classic case of no-name, obscure gold-digger meets rich, famous guy and tries to take him for a ride a la Anna Nicole Smith. M-1: No Fedor in UFC Without Co-Promoting |
