Harrison Interested In Joining Ravens
Former Pittsburgh Steelers pass rusher James Harrison wouldn't have any qualms switching sides. Harrison's agent, Bill Parise, told The Baltimore Sun's Aaron Wilson that "Baltimore would be a great fit for James," and that his client "would definitely be interested." Harrison, 34, was released by the Steelers Saturday after notching just six sacks last year, his fewest since 2006..."

Yes because they have another legit threat at WR now.

One_Quick_Z 03-11-2013 01:45 PM

LULZ.

I have to admit I love what the seahawks are doing as far as putting together a young talented team.

Hope the Bears can take a hint from that.

But even so they are only an offensive genious and a few decent OL away from being great on a consistant basis.

Reggie Bush and D'angelo Hall to the Lions. I'm actually sorta sad to see Hall go. Bright spot in a horrible secondary.

Seahawks cut Leon Washington.

Josh Cribbs to the Pats (!!!)

Martellus Bennett to the Bears

Kruger to Cleveland. lol @ the Ravens sure hope Flacco's megadeal seems worth it right about now.

Links for these deals? I don't see anything about them on NFL or ESPN. Bennet and Kruger I have seen. Ellerbe to the Dolphins was another big one. A lot of crazy deals going on right now.

Bucs have made an offer to the Jets for Revis.

Patriots have received offers from Browns and Bucs to trade for backup QB Ryan Mallet. Previous rumors suggested that the Pats will look to sign Matt Cassel if they trade Mallet.

Ravens add Chris Canty

Aaron Wilson ‏@RavensInsider

Chris Canty is a big five-technique defensive lineman, only 30 years old. 6-7, 317 pounds. This should help the defense a lot.

The Jets are stupid, they would do exactly that! For Revis I think they'd do it for 2 1st round picks. At the minimum, probably a 1st and a 2nd.

I'll be right honest, Mark. I've been fearing a Ravens rebuilding season for years now. They've gotten old and expensive. But somehow, every year, Ozzie got rid of a few expensive vets and backfilled those positions ably and got some guys to re-sign, even re-structure for less. Now that the championship was won, nobody wanted to take a smaller deal. They absolutely had to sign Flacco, given how bad it looked when they cut loose Dilfer after XXXV. But they weren't going to be keeping all the pieces of this puzzle. And I'm pretty sure these guys are all being offered more than they're worth to go elsewhere.

So, if rebuilding is on us at long last, at least the Ravens got a Super Bowl out of it.
