I don't get why Dallas resigned Tony Romo that guy is garbage he is a turnover every game as long as the cowboys have him they ll never be a superbowl contenteder he chokes to much, I also think The Jets need to get rid of Dirty Sanchez he cares to much about his looks an not the game that an he sucks

Sorry if that seemed like a rant haha but its true! :rofl2:

dmhenderson 06-23-2013 11:20 PM

Let me preface this by telling you I am a Redskins fan and I gleefully love watching Romo self-destruct every season...

BUT

If you put his stats next to other QBs in the league he's a top 5 guy in most categories iirc. He's just self-destructs when it matters most. Not just him - the entire team does it. It's hilarious.

:iagree: with you 100% the reason his stats look good is because majority of his passes are 10 yards an he has receivers like miles austin, dez bryant an Jason witten who get YAC it is pathetic to watch my dad is crazy cowboys fan but even he agrees that Tony Romo is a joke

I hope RGIII does good next year that last game were he got injured was painful to watch I hope it doesnt affect his game any he was fun to watch

Easy boob... Easy :icon17:

Haboob 06-24-2013 10:09 AM

Okay fine.

I apologize. ;)

However, I seem to be one of the few Cowboys fans that doesn't like Romo or Jerry Jones (I like him when he's not interfering).

Z RATED OKC 06-24-2013 10:13 AM

SF v Seattle in the NFC Champ.

SF in the Superbowl for sure. Undecided on an AFC team. Def. not the Pats if they don't have Gronk and/or Hernandez.

Pitt is too old.

The Ravens sold their best players (or they retired).

Maybe Denver? SF v Denver?

That's true it seems like he's trying to do everything lol hopefully Romo does better but based on his past seasons the future for the boys doesn't look to great

Z RATED OKC 06-24-2013 10:36 AM

I forgot about Denver! the only reason I had the pats in superbowl is simply because Brady can throw the ball to anybody even without TE's Brady could launch the ball to the towel boy an still get $hit done :p, Brady is to good

But I think your right Boob probably Denver they ll be damn good

b1adesofcha0s 06-24-2013 10:45 AM

Patriots vs Niners/Seahawks. I think we can win the Super Bowl if we get Gronk healthy throughout the playoffs. Him getting injured the past 2 playoffs is really what killed us.

They don't have any receivers though... I can't name a single one now that Welker is gone.

And, they have Tebow... :shakes head:

But honestly throughout Bradys career he hasn't had really any big names besides Randy Moss, Brady makes everyone around him better that's why he so good imo

Idk what Tebow will do besides get Gatorade and fresh towels to the starters:bowrofl:

JARblue 06-24-2013 11:00 AM

Go Oilers!

wait a minute... :wtf2:

b1adesofcha0s 06-24-2013 11:09 AM

Danny Amendola seems to be building some nice chemistry with Brady so far. If he can stay healthy for the whole season, he can be like a younger version of Welker and get just as much production.

That ll be interesting hopefully he ll stay healthy an gronk comes back strong but I mean if all else fails they could start putting defensive players out there lol they did it with mike vrabel :icon17:

Aaron Hernandez arrested and released by the Patriots :shakes head:

with his release, the team is willing to "eat" the 10 million in dead money. against the salary cap over the next 2 seasons.

NFL | No waiting: Patriots release Aaron Hernandez - Rotoworld.com

b1adesofcha0s 06-26-2013 10:34 AM

I think they may be able to get that money back because Hernandez violated the NFL's code of conduct policy.

Pipe down over there Mr. Raven. You're worse than us now that you've sold off all of your good players, or they've retired.

Hahaha, "all" of the good players? I don't think the Ravens are as strong, but they've retained a lot of talent.

Yeah the Ravens are still gonna be one of the top teams in the AFC. I'd say NE, DEN, and BAL are still the top 3 teams in the AFC.

I don't think they are. Neither will the Pats, then again they play in such a weak division.

The reason I say the Pats won't be is due to of all of this unwanted attention.

First, Gronk is a play-boy that can't get healthy and doesn't do anything to help himself get healthy.

Second, Tim Tebow and the entourage of jesus and media he brings with him, not to mention his inability to play throwball.

And third, the Hernandez saga. Granted, he's been cut, but that's still not going to stop the media from probing and asking questions any chance they get to the Pats players, coaches, and staff.

It's just too much I think. We'll see.

Denver is a contender (and my AFC pick) for sure, unfortunately. I don't like Denver.

Who else would you put in the top 3 for the AFC?

Gronk will be fine once he recovers from his surgery. He might miss a couple games in the beginning, but we don't really need him till the playoffs. Lol @ media attention from Tebow bringing the Pats down. Hernandez loss was bad, but we have other players who may be able to step in and help make up for his production. Shane Vereen did pretty damn well catching passes in the playoffs last season. He's definitely gonna see a bigger role this season. Once Edelman is healthy, he should do well too. If either of the rookie receivers do well, they ca. Help fill in for Hernandez as well.

Haboob 06-27-2013 09:29 AM

Houston, Indy, and (unfortunately) Pitt.

They seem the only contenders.

I don't believe Baltimore will do anything. The Pats may... who knows.

Either way, the NFC is winning the Superbowl this year, I believe.

b1adesofcha0s 06-27-2013 10:18 AM

I think you'll be in for a surprise this season. I think it's gonna be Patriots vs Seahawks/49ers in the Super Bowl. The Patriots offense is definitely gonna be worse than before, but the defense should be better.
