:iagree: and I completely agree with what they said. They need a coach who's a better leader. However, they need to find a suitable replacement for Romo before letting him go. He needs some competition at QB. Jones should just throw some cash at one of the FA QB's available this offseason to come and compete with Romo. If they do decide to let him go, they can have someone to fall back on while still looking at drafting a new franchise QB. No one really that good this upcoming draft, but maybe in the future.
