But I was more refering to the stats they post up as a team rather than standings. hence, they are the "measuring stick" for other teams. if you can beat or come close to us, it somehow makes you better than us.

I dont look at offense stats much, look at Golden state lead the league in scoring all these years.... My favorite stats are assits/t.o., total assists, defensive efficiency, points allowed, point differential, rebounds

In other news, I can't wait for playoffs. there are a lot of hungry underdogs in the east philly, indy, atlanta, etc. They will give fits to all their first round opponents.

Yes, the motto of defense wins championships is actually true. However, without a good offensive pressure, you can't win. You can rebound the ball and have 3 blk shots a night, but if you aren't shooting, then whats the point. Hence why its a game of equal balance of offense and defense. Look at the Mavs, incredible defense in the post and in zones, they have it down pact. However, they still struggle to win games, why? Cuz their offense is lacking. Ive said it before and ill say it again Rick C needs to implement a new offensive strategy if they want to win more games.

Yes, the playoffs should be interesting, the Bulls have been on a run. D.Rose has been lighting it up. BUT i am more concerned with OKC, Durant and Westbrook offensive game is going to be really hard to stop. Some other teams that are flying under the radar are the Clippers and Celtics. Talk about assists and rebounds, he had a triple double last night, earned him a spot with Wilt.

and having bosh on the floor would have created more rebounds, they were missing bigs on the inside anthony usually rebounds well, but bosh has more boards, and he is the main igniter of the fast breaks.

----and phelan, im doubting you even watched the game.... if you payed attention lebron and gasol were going at it in the low post, even without the ball, so Gasol got mad and he tried to shove James, which actually resulted in a foul. Then Lebron tried to wack Gasol as he went to the basket, LB foul. Then finally, Gasol got into it with James, so they were at it all night, and the tension finally broke. the troy **** is just a cover up...if you saw Gasol sit down after that play he was heated and red...and even before the little scuffle he was yelling and getting mad cuz James was overpowering him in the post. sucks for him..hit the weight room bud.

as for Wade fouling out, the 2nd to last foul against Bryant was Not legit, I think you skipped that part.
