So first off have to say the Knicks celtics game was really good. Anthony had a good game. But pierce was on fire, overtime Rondo took over got a triple double. Crazy, and they are talking about trading him? smh.
Now, to the Lakers Heat game. Lakers have size no one can deny that, I think missing Bosh tonight was a big loss for the Heat as there was to def pressure. Wade being called on the second to last foul he had, was bullish, anyone could see that. So him getting fouled out shouldn't have even happened. Gasol and Bron was a good matchup in the post, enjoyed seeing Gasol getting mad, and almost shoving james, lol, I wish gasol would have done something so that Lebron could rack him up :icon17: no but seriously if he did he would have got ejected/suspended. Kobe was on fire, I think that broken nose had some kind of motivation for him to win tonight, and when that man wants to win, theres no stopping him. I have to say pretty dissapointed with the bench tonight. Haslem especially, he had multiple open looks, couldn't sink them, and Anthony was neither there defensively nor offensively. Overall a good game, Heat were down almost 16 cut it to like 4, then were down again. I have to say this is proabably the worst game they have played all season, James was the only consistent one. |
ahhhh who cares about the Lakers or the Bulls... they're both garbage!

wade lost his temper and picked up a STUPID foul that changed the game for them. lebron is a little sissy with that little shove and walk away act. almost dani alves-esque, if you think soccer wise. other than that, the heat were ****. shane battier was the third offensive weapon...that alone should speak volumes. and rupaul bosh cannot handle bynum the way B17 is playing right now. out of his mind unstoppable. |

Post...something lebron is still learning. |

Masked Mamba is on a tear and reminding Bron and Wade that he's on a different level of greatness. If Wade had a broken nose or anything he would have cried about it and sat out for a couple weeks. The entire Miami team has a swagger that's just unbearable. They seem to always start arguments and little fights with all teams which turns me off. I feel like they think they already won the championship in every game. Even players like Chalmers acts like a tough guy cause he has the big two on his team.
Has nothing to do with how good they are but just annoys me how they act like d1ckheads. |
Whats up with Ron Artest's new name, Metta World Peace...:bowrofl::bowrofl:

and how is lebron walking away from a fight being a sissy, he wants to stay in the game, so obviously hes not gonna start anything, and if it was to come down to it, lebron would open a can of whoop *** on gasol. gasol is just tall, but no where near as strong as james is. thats not even the point, its not boxing, lol, and the heat are the best team in the league right now, highest shooting %, have two players who shoot over 50% a game every night, and have the highest 3-point percentage of any team with the highest 3 point shooter on their team. LA got away with a win they are lucky they got, so don't get tooo excited. and having bosh on the floor would have created more rebounds, they were missing bigs on the inside anthony usually rebounds well, but bosh has more boards, and he is the main igniter of the fast breaks. |

But I was more refering to the stats they post up as a team rather than standings. hence, they are the "measuring stick" for other teams. if you can beat or come close to us, it somehow makes you better than us. :icon17:

In other news, I can't wait for playoffs. there are a lot of hungry underdogs in the east philly, indy, atlanta, etc. They will give fits to all their first round opponents. |

and for the record, i am not retarded, thanks for your concerns. |

Yes, the playoffs should be interesting, the Bulls have been on a run. D.Rose has been lighting it up. BUT i am more concerned with OKC, Durant and Westbrook offensive game is going to be really hard to stop. Some other teams that are flying under the radar are the Clippers and Celtics. Talk about assists and rebounds, he had a triple double last night, earned him a spot with Wilt. |

and oh yeah by the way aren't you the one who made up some ridiculously magical number of how much Kobe was suppost to shell out for his divorce settlement or how much he was worth net? oh look quoted it for you from the Lakers thread actually Quote:
----and phelan, im doubting you even watched the game.... if you payed attention lebron and gasol were going at it in the low post, even without the ball, so Gasol got mad and he tried to shove James, which actually resulted in a foul. Then Lebron tried to wack Gasol as he went to the basket, LB foul. Then finally, Gasol got into it with James, so they were at it all night, and the tension finally broke. the troy **** is just a cover up...if you saw Gasol sit down after that play he was heated and red...and even before the little scuffle he was yelling and getting mad cuz James was overpowering him in the post. sucks for him..hit the weight room bud. as for Wade fouling out, the 2nd to last foul against Bryant was Not legit, I think you skipped that part. |
:drama:
HERP DERP B-ulls start with B! Best team evar!!!!! but srsly, i love derrick rose so much, that championships are starting to mean less to me compared to just loving everything he stands for and is doing in the community. |

"Forbes believes he's racked up $200M in salary from the Lakers during his career and another $250M from endorsements." I understand this isn't talking about his net worth but just by saying "def not 450 million" without any reference or an actual number of what his net worth is makes you sound like a dumb azz when information like this is readily available (just sayin') Also, wtF does Kobe's net worth and divorce have to do with me being a Lakers fan? It's this mentality of yours that makes you come off as a poser...who gives a **** what his net worth is/was, that was discussed in friendly conversation and I didn't give a sh*t about it then nor do I now. This has NOTHING to do with basketball. Also, Kobe Bryant Net Worth | Celebrity Net Worth So his net worth is $200 million, sorry. And Vanessa is going to get $100-$150, there were a lot of things flying around in the media when I said that and that was what I had heard...unfortunately this doesn't change the fact that you call others "retards" and d*ck ride Miami while you thought they were the best team in the NBA even though they're THIRD...LOL again, you back tracking to "ohhh I meant the statistics...." bullsh*t. Don't tell me I'm not a real fan of anything when you don't even know where your team stands :roflpuke2: Also, you're the one that considers Michael Jordan the greatest human being while blatantly ignoring all the facts (and links that I posted) of him just not being a very humble person. (Obviously greatest player of all time, no argument there, just to clarify) AND you're the one that b*tched and moaned about a thread I had created for Laker fans (specifically to exclude you, btw) and created bullsh*t out of nothing even though we all shut our mouths and let you ramble your bullsh*t in there. Don't personally attack people on this board because we talk a little crap about your team. I'm always open to people talking crap about the Lakers, I'm actually usually the first to talk sh*t about them instead of blindly do what's called "d*ck riding". Seriously kid, grow up. |
aren't you the one who said 450 mill without a reference before? lol. I didn't need to reference because my information was Accurate.
so, Correction 1-you got the shooting percentage wrong lebron isn't 50% hes @ 55%. Correction 2-Vanessa received 75 mill, plus 3 houses. and whats this about making a thread to exclude me, ooh I feel so sad...and you tell me to grow up. lol And I only "attack" when the issue is surrounding something false, or invalid that someone says to make their point look valid. As phelan did before. Bottom line, im a basketball fan, and I yes I am Miami fan till I die. If you are asking me to stop defending them, then sorry bud. you can just gtfo. |

Shooting above 50% means anywhere from 50%-100%. You don't say a player shoots anywhere from 30-60% its a #. lol
The second correction was to show that you once again lack knowledge about what you talk about, which to me makes your what you say have to validity because you don't read well enough to respond correctly or accurately. And yes I can say that the Heat are the best team, in terms of the statistics they are putting up. Not because lebron is good or can dunk. No look at their numbers (something you havent obv done if you couldn't even fig out lebrons shooting %) Miami is #1 in 3pt shooting, Mike Miller #1 3pt shooter Miami is #1 in fast break points Lebron averages 27.8 a game 6.8 assists Chalmers shoots 57% from behind the arch Bosh and Bron have 8.4 and 8.0 in rbds and I can keep going...in terms of the Numbers they are putting up this season yes I can argue they are the best. In indivdual splits there may be certain players from other teams that are shooting better, or getting more assists, or blocks, or etc. But collectively as a whole, the Heats numbers are far better than any team. The Lakers are not even near that their 2pt shooting % is .494. And as a team Heat are .044 over the Lakers in FT% made. Here you go since you like everything to be referenced, something maybe you should start to do, as your numbers are always wrong: Los Angeles Lakers 2012 Statistics - Team and Player Stats - ESPN Los Angeles Lakers 2012 Statistics - Team and Player Stats - ESPN |

I got one statistic for you brah... http://mrslebronwade.com/wp-content/...ophies_web.jpg vs. http://blacksportsonline.com/home/wp...es-rings-2.jpg Let me clarify my point since you're obviously delusional...statistics don't mean sh*t. Heart is what wins championships and games when it counts...thus far, Lebron hasn't shown any heart when it comes to crunch time, now he has two super stars on his team, and he's still a b*tch. Stop with the stats. |
:roflpuke2:

Quote:
this has to be the dumbest thing you have said so far... so you are saying a guy who plays his heart out night after night sweats toils on the floor, shows up to every practice but averages 3-4 pts and no rbds or assists a game is gonna help a team win? dude what are you smoking. LMAO. wow, ill continue now just to entertain you. Lebron puts up really good numbers, and for your information numbers do count. How else do you keep track of progress, records broken, and determine team standings. Statistics are based on how well a player performs night after night, if basketball or sports wasn't based on numbers, then why not just hand out a sticker to the most improved player or the one "that sweat his little heart out". LOL |
Quote:
...I'm betting you didn't understand that concept either. Also, if we go by your concept of the importance of numbers and stats, the Heat are the 3rd best team in the league...period. |
Dude, you just lost all validity by saying what you said before, really? Do you even watch basketball, are you a fan? Or are you just one of those guys who watches one or two games, acts like he knows what hes talking about and makes up numbers or doesn't account for numbers in realistic situations, but much rather base arguments on "heart" and who is more popular. lol
Lebron is putting up better numbers than any other forward in the league..and most point guards for that matter. And I thought this was about the Heat being the superior team, which they are statistically, lol. Lebron by himself doesn't make up the team remember, the whole team was to blame for the demise of the Heat in last years playoffs, however, if you compare #s from this season to last you will know what I mean that they are on top right now. Bottom line the Heat are better than the Lakers in almost every aspect (check the facts and shooting %s), having a legend on their team doesn't automatically make them great. It only makes him great. lol |
