Again, the Yankees use their never ending access to funds to squeeze another little guy out of competition.

The Yankees had plenty of time to trade mark "Baseball's Evil Empire" but didn't so should forfeit their rights to it.

What I'd like to see is Disney sue the Yankees for using "evil empire" and "the imperial march" which is clearly a reference to Star Wars. Finally someone with enough money to give the Yankees a beat down.
