Installed my EIBACH sway bars on my Z yesterday. Talk about a SOLID feel to the car now. I didn't think the car swayed at all before, but now I know how much more the car is NOT swaying! LOL... :tup: :driving: The rear sway bar was a pain in the "rear" as I had to drop the muffler and take out the A-arms out of the way, then was able to swap the new and old sway bars that way. I did round off one muffler hangar nut in the process... :shakes head:. Have to get a replacement for when I do my FI exhaust in the next couple/three weeks when that is supposed to be delivered... feels SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO LOOOOOOOOOOOOOONG to go...

We did Mike C's sway bars as well on his 40th Anniversary that he got from Florida... Hah! I think he's got a Sandy Beach in his garage as of yesterday with all the sand that was trapped in the suspension components. :rofl2:That and what appeared to be a Brown Recluse spider that made it's home in the rear suspension :eek:... a little WD40 flushed that sucker out and he/she/it was mashed beyond recognition once it landed on the ground! Oh, the stories to tell the grand kids... LOL!!!!!

After all that, I can safely say that I do believe Nissan does NOT torque those huts to their own specifications!!! We struggled with those front sway bar nuts more than those on the rear, but they were all a bear to break loose...

... oh, and Mike C, Z IT GO and myself, are all sporting the F1 /EVO-R brake light now. Mike C's is a home made version with very bright flashing LED's a-la-cop-car style... :icon17:

anyone been to the new track at NOLA MOTORSPORTS PARK???? and how is it?

I've been there but not to race...

I will wait and go back when they have finished paving most of the roads in and out of it. Last time it was like dirt/gravel which sucked driving through in my car. The facility looks insanely awesome though... I'll be excited once it is up and going.

So when is the next get together ??? I would like to see more z's than just my own every once in a while lol ... I am thinking of starting a car get together in lake Charles at the I-10 beach on weekends... Maybe a Bbq and some music ... Any takers???

Got my FI exhaust and Monday some CF goodies will arrive. Next my wheels are coming in soon, hopefully by the end of the month. Other parts are still being made so my fenders and diffuser won't be in for a few weeks. O and I do have a set of used Berk HFC's sitting in the closet for sale for $300.

Yeah i picked it up used on feb 27th from a member here that was selling his Z. Got it when i was on vacation with the wife in disney world last month. It's the SS one with 12" resonators, $800 bucks and he met me in downtown disney i couldn't pass it up.

Thanks got it back in 2005 my wife got it for me when I came home from Iraq !!! But my cuzzin just bought it from me and now I want it back!!! Lol
